performance improvements realized an output rise from 145 to 209.

The project started with an enquiry to swap out the engine & transmission to upgrade to a six cylinder/manual transmission.

Following discussion & research by Steve, the final upgrade plan to install a Turbonetics turbo kit achieved the desired result of 200+.

· Supra

Final tune & Dyno run prior to moving the car to the paint shop. Power output reached 556 & there is still plenty of revs & boost for a final push to higher levels when it returns to the shop.

The sound is phenomenal & the power rise exceptional – this is going to be a car to be seen & HEARD.

· SccA Dyno day – 4/5/08

The annual SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) Western Ohio region Dyno day at Collettis.

Greeted by a strange yellow ball in the Dayton sky, a beautiful spring day prepared itself to be woken by the revving trusty steeds of our fellow racers.

A mix of track racers & AutoX sprinters made their way to the shop to get their prized possession measured in terms of performance.

· Bluegrass Motorsports Club & Road Course

Colletti Motorsports was invited to the ground breaking ceremony of this exciting venture. Situated off exit 62 of I71 & close to the Kentucky Speedway further developing this area as the motor sports capital of Kentucky.

· BMW 2002ti

Work continues on this old lady – new fenders & chrome bumpers are transforming the car’s silhouette into the image of a European racer of the 70’s. A planned journey to the paint shop is due next then engine & transmission install brings it closer to its first road run for ten years.

· Honda Accord Upgrade

A new project to increase the performance, handling & looks of this well kept Accord. Tein shocks have been installed, power improvements via a Megan racing header & AEM cold air intake. Following the customer’s requested improvements to the wheels brake calipers & rotors, the car will go onto the Dyno for tuning & return to the owner .

· Race Season

Has started with a visit to Nelson Ledges & the No: 19 Acura for a shakedown prior to the race season proper. The SccA held a drivers training session for new drivers & Steve imparted his considerable knowledge to the new recruits.

Race car telemetry was installed & the output from this has produced some very useful & interesting information to assist the team & drivers quest to win.

First race is likely to be at Summit Point on June 13 & 14^th. A 12 hour endurance event sponsored by Kumho tires & run by the SccA Washington DC region.

Practice & qualifying is on Friday 13^th from 7:00 to 9:30pm.

The main race starts at Noon & ends Midnight on Saturday 14^th June.

· Honda Civic upgrades produce 300+

Upgrades & tuning managed by Honda maestro Greg Hall of Colletti Motorsports fame realized the owners dream of 300+ from his Honda Civic. A very happy man.
